Weather & Cancellation Policy
Because beach weather in Panama City Beach can change quickly, our first priority is always to reschedule your sessionif needed. We closely monitor radar and make weather decisions as close to session time as possible, since many predicted storms pass.
If unsafe weather prevents your session and we are unable to reschedule during your stay, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancellations within 72 hours for non-weather-related reasons will result in a $50 cancellation fee. If the photographer has already arrived on location and you choose not to proceed while conditions are safe, the deposit is forfeited.
Our team model allows added flexibility with scheduling, helping protect your session whenever possible.
